JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our company’s marketing strategy. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Align marketing initiatives with company goals and objectives.
- Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and execute effective advertising campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Track expenditures and ensure all campaigns are cost-effective.
- Lead Generation:
- Design and execute strategies to attract and nurture leads through targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials (e.g., blog posts, social media content, email campaigns).
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and report on campaign outcomes.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and voice.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
