Thanks to our amazing partners, donors, and incredible community members, we have been making waves in Minneapolis, serving over a thousand families since 2007.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing a channel plan with messaging that is identifying a clear call to action in relevant audience channels.
- Working with the Marketing Manager and external marketing partner to develop social media content processes and performance analysis.
- Supporting website content with ongoing copy/design updates, ongoing improvement in user experience, and search engine optimization.
- Managing the Google review process and sharing feedback with the team.
- Developing, executing, and measuring blog content in support of SEO.
- Supporting events with marketing communication, flyers, brochures, digital content, swag, and registration set-up needs; being available as needed to execute marketing at events, addressing press needs, etc.
- Contributing to the gathering and development of insights from various inputs (e.g., research, industry reporting, market trends, competitive insights, etc.), and developing findings from the data.
- Using marketing software and technology to create and accomplish goals and solve problems.
- Creating marketing performance reports and tracking performance to identify how our marketing efforts are performing.
- Observing and supporting the development of our brand and target audience
