ABOUT THE ROLE

Position: Marketing Specialist
Type: Permanent full-time
Salary: $90,000.00 per annum + superannuation
Location: Kew, VIC, 3101

As a Marketing Specialist at Web Choice Online Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development
  • Identifying market opportunities to enhance the organisation’s competitive positioning.
  • Advising on the development, coordination, and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting the organisation’s goods and services.
  • Campaign Management
  • Designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels to boost engagement and lead generation
  • Monitoring and optimising campaign performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic.
  • Managing SEM campaigns to maximise return on investment and brand visibility.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Analysing marketing data to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Providing actionable insights and preparing detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Branding
  • Working closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective branding across all marketing channels.
  • Creating compelling and audience-specific marketing materials that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Industry Awareness and Innovation
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of the industry.

The following minimum requirements are necessary to be successful in this role:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in marketing or a closely related field; or
  • At least five years of experience in a similar position.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A creative mindset and a results-oriented approach
