Zeller is searching for an exceptional, hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive growth and adoption of Zeller’s payment and financial products. You will will work across a wide range of interesting projects, campaigns and channels to help grow Zeller’s customer base, and accelerate product adoption
Through your deep understanding of Zeller’s merchants, combined with hands-on skills in marketing, you’ll execute exciting campaigns, build resources and content, and deploy promotions and initiatives. You’ll have a growth mindset, regularly measuring the effectiveness of your work and optimising to improve the outcomes over time. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled marketers and subject matter experts, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams across the business including Sales, Product, Finance, and Creative.
This is a hands-on role, and an exciting opportunity for a junior-intermediate marketer who is looking to take on more projects and own campaigns from strategy to execution in an exciting, varied and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL



    • Manage all email marketing campaigns to both customers and prospects.

    • Be responsible for growing Zeller’s customer email database.
    • Manage Zeller’s presence at events and trade shows, as well as helping to manage Zeller-hosted events.
    • Support sales teams with lead-generation marketing and nurture campaigns.
    • Execute effective partner marketing campaigns, working with partners to win customers and drive product adoption.
    • Partner with designers and marketers to build sales-enablement collateral and marketing activity.
    • Track campaign performance and optimise through continuous testing.
    • Become well-versed in Zeller’s product value proposition, tone of voice and brand, as well as business owners’ key pain points.

    TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED



      • 2+ years marketing experience (B2B and / or SaaS experience strongly preferred)

      • Experience with mar-tech tools, including email marketing and CRM (Hubspot)
      • Experience with demand generation and sales support
      • Excellent communication skills
      • A strong understanding of marketing tactics
      • Competency in writing marketing copy
      • Substantial project and time management skills — you can manage multiple projects and competing priorities at once
      • Agile, ambitious, and motivated to be the best at everything you do
      • Tertiary education, or relevant equivalent experience.
