Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Assists with Web projects and publishing for the CB Richard Ellis Web platforms using the publishing software - Content Management Systems (CMS) and SharePoint 2010. Oversees and maintains any web application integrations in conjunction with IT Web Development teams. Develops, conducts, and maintains training and awareness resources for all global web publishers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BA) and two years of experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Basis skills with various software programs including InDesign, PageMaker, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, Freehand, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of Web site software such as Content Management Solution (CMS).
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to the web publisher community.
Monitors and approves content for www.cbre.com to ensure quality and consistency across our corporate Web site.
Assists with administrative responsibilities.
Assists with Web Addresses for all offices.
Maintains the corporate web marketing group’s intranet presence.
Supports the company client extranet site, creates new sites, communicates new functionality with the field and acts as a liaison between user group and IT.
Manages and maintains all web mailboxes.
Assigns and closes open IT service requests.
Coordinates all conference calls for the Web Marketing Group.
Assists with the online training program for all web applications.
Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
