DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
Do you aspire to become a part of the Motorola Marketing team of one of the world’s largest IT companies that choose to be different and better? Can you help us to reach our ambitious goals? You as our new Partner Marketing Senior Specialist for Smartphones will join our SEE Motorola team. You will report to our SEE Motorola Marketing Lead, supporting the local marketing activities in Hungary.
1. STRONG PARTNER MARKETING EXPERIENCE
a. High proficiency in building go-to-market plans for new products
b. Build strong account specific co-marketing & visibility plans – offline & online
c. Assist in identifying and securing new distribution opportunities and merchandising support across Key Accounts
3. B2B MARKETING EXPERIENCE
a. Come up with and present new B2B marketing ideas
b. Analyze, track, and report on ongoing B2B marketing initiatives
c. Planning and organization of various B2B events
4. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SKILLS
a. Good understanding of financial & business metrics – revenue, gross profit, growth levers, etc.
b. Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams on key project – Sales, Finance, Business Operations and Product. Align with global and regional teams
5. SOFT SKILLS
a. Challenger mindset – innovation & ability to find ways to get more for less. Able to seize the opportunity and see the possibilities to utilize each investment by increasing the possible return
b. Ability to work with heightened ambiguity & often changing environment
c. Ability to quickly react on change of plans/direction and adapt execution plans accordingly

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Acquired 5 years of marketing experience in a global tech-oriented business, with marketing activities including strategy and planning, campaign development, sell-in propositions, development of training materials, traditional and digital advertising, social media, merchandising, transcreation, and budget development and control
- Individual contributor experience in a matrixed brand management structure, and of working successfully across borders and cultures
- Ability to influence and follow through successful plans within large, dynamic organizations
- Track record of managing and growing a successful marketing initiatives of large scope, complexity and geography
- Interfaced with senior management level, clearly able to articulate and win approval for conceptual idea
- Proven experience with the mobile industry and fluent in social, digital media, PR, influencer marketing
- Interest in latest trends in social media and digital. Good understanding of what is considered trendy within younger audience.
- Team player that leads by example, motivates and inspires
- Develops strong business relationships, and collaborates with all levels of an organization
- Accomplished idea-generator who can push to find new and innovative ways to maximize available resources
- Passionate about the mobile industry and technology marketing
- Agile, can make decisions quickly, deal with ambiguity and continuously adjust to market / situation changes
- Outstanding communicator with the ability to persuade and influence other
- Develops strong business relationships, and collaborates with all levels of an organization
- The successful candidate needs to be fluent in Bulgarian and English
- An experience in PR or advertising agency will be considered a plus
