Responsibilities:

  • communicate with dealers and provide support on various marketing initiatives
  • update monthly OEM marketing program changes on dealership websites
  • submit tickets to Graphic Artists, Journalist, and Videographer to complete initiatives
  • perform various website updates
  • Act as the Point-of-contact for all marketing-related activities
  • develop an annual advertising schedule for each assigned dealership, including Parts, Services, and Sales
  • plan and oversee all web SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • design, build, and maintain a social media presence
  • measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • identify trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • plan, execute, and measure campaigns
  • collaborate with the internal team to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize used funnels
  • collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • evaluate emerging technologies
  • maintain contracts, receipts, and invoices; communicate with dealership managers on current invoices requirements; review reports with respective dealership managemen
