JOB OVERVIEW:
Altavia North America is searching for a driven strategist with a business and performance marketing mindset. Establishing insights and converting them into measurable initiatives is an integral part of every project and drives solutions for our clients across a variety of challenges. If you think strategy is about writing a brief and moving on, this isn’t the role for you. We’re looking for team members who want to create solutions that respond to some of the biggest brand challengers companies are facing today, not just develop quick marketing tactics that a google search could reveal. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Bilingualism: you can comfortably communicate in French and English, more specifically - speak with clients about your work in both languages.
- Experience in Professional Services - Marketing Agency, Business Consulting, Business Design Consultancy, Digital Product Shop, or Strategy Consulting.
- Retail, CPG category experience
- B2B Marketplace category experience
- Ability to analyze brands and business ecosystems, providing content audits and review competitor landscapes.
- Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals.
- An analytical mind and an understanding of metrics, KPIs, and data-driven approaches to solving business problems. Define and outline measurement implementation, building out informed strategies from insights backed by data.
- Develop, validate, and refine strategic deliverables using data from various sources of research. Track record of building cases for, managing and communicating strategic initiatives to both key stakeholders and diverse internal teams.
- Tools: You have built a business projection model in Google and/or Microsoft Excel
- You have created beautiful and compelling presentations with Powerpoint/google slides and/or Keynote
- You can analyze baseline channel activity using Google Analytics, Adwords, Social Media Metrics, or any other Marketing Analytics Platform.
- Nice to have: Academic or personal background in social sciences, design, innovation, anthropology or anything else at the intersection of culture and business.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent.

- Expérience dans la catégorie des marchés B2B.
- Capacité à analyser les marques et les écosystèmes commerciaux, à fournir des audits de contenu et à examiner les paysages concurrentiels.
- Passion pour l’acquisition rapide d’une expertise sur de nouvelles activités et de nouveaux secteurs verticaux.
- Un esprit analytique et une compréhension des métriques, des KPI et des approches basées sur les données pour résoudre les problèmes de l’entreprise. Définir et définir la mise en œuvre des mesures, en élaborant des stratégies éclairées à partir d’idées étayées par des données.

- Consumer insight extraction from key consumer research methods (ethnographic, qualitative, quantitative) and usage of progressive research digital platforms
- Competitive/market overviews and tech trends
- Architecting of go-to market and launch strategies
- Development of project and business briefs
- Establishment of Key Performance Indicators and other measurement frameworks
- Collaboration with accounts, creative and tech team members to establish cohesive and successful programs
- Strong points of view on offline and online commerce challenges
- Contribution to brand strategy and insights critical to driving resonance for brands
- Contribution to content strategy, and its application across channels
- Development of channel ecosystems, roles and responsibilities and scale
- Gather feedback from clients and internal team members.
