We support our franchise network with cutting-edge tools and systems to help them succeed in their local markets. As we expand, we seek a Marketing Technology and CRM Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the VP of Market Development and working closely with digital partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The CRM and Marketing Technology Manager will be key in managing and optimizing our marketing and CRM platforms, focusing on Hubspot and ZoomInfo and developing scalable marketing systems for our franchise network.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM and marketing technology management, preferably with HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and data management systems.
  • Experience working with franchise or multi-location businesses is a plus.
  • Analytical skills with experience building and maintaining performance dashboards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide support to non-technical users.Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support franchisees on system usage.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub Management: Oversee the configuration, automation workflows, segmentation, and optimization of HubSpot for corporate and franchise support.
  • Email Marketing Campaign Setup: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and A/B testing.
  • ZoomInfo Data Management: Administer ZoomInfo, including managing real-time intent alerts, data enrichment, and integration with HubSpot to support national and franchise sales efforts.
  • Franchise Marketing System Development: Collaborate with the VP of Market Development to create scalable outbound marketing solutions that empower franchisees with localized marketing tools and systems.
  • Automation and Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation and system enhancements.
