We are looking for a MARKETING TRAINEE ONCOLOGY (German, French, English) for 1-year internship.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of science degree in health/medical/scientific or related subject and a Master’s degree digital marketing (even if still in completion phase of Master’s), having a strong interest to work in the pharmaceutical area.
You are German native speaker, fluent in French and English. You are goal, solution oriented, you enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging but fun environment. You are agile, high capacity and able to move work forward fast, even in the face of ambiguity. You are a natural connector and show excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player mind-set.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Trainee to support the oncology marketing team on execution of the operational plan. With guidance from supervisor/brand manager, the marketing trainee closely collaborates with the local cross-functional brand team to learn the marketing processes and help the team achieve their goals.
A marketing trainee:
- develops a good knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area, the key scientific data related to the products and the main competitors to support the commercial strategies with guidance from supervisor/brand manager.
- Understands market landscapes in Switzerland, including the science behind the products, the competitive development efforts and the value needs of patients, caregivers, and physicians.
- Supports the development and launch of promotional materials together with our internal and external players and implement Omnichannel Engagement (OCE) tactics.
- Participates to the marketing team’s governance (locally and internationally).
