WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You are working towards a degree in marketing, business management or other related studies
• Working student for 20 hours per week
• You ideally have gained first practical experience in marketing through internships or similar
• You are communicative, eloquent and not shy to get in touch with people you don’t know
• You are highly motivated to bring things forward, find hands-on solutions and drive impactful results
• You are comfortable in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
• You are numbers driven, have excellent analytical skills and know how to interpret analytical insights
• You have professional proficiency in English and show good verbal and written communication skills. Any other European language is a plus
• You have excellent skills working with Excel as well as with the Google Business Suite

We are looking for a working student to support our marketing team across domains. In this role you will be working hand in hand with our Director Marketing to free up time for the marketing team and make sure their initiatives are set up for success. You will support the team in particular in the areas of digital marketing, partner marketing, as well as content marketing. This requires a variety of interesting tasks and topics from research to real marketing activities such as:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Sales & Marketing to pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports, lead lists, and target lists to increase campaign performance
• Support our Sales and Acquisition teams in market, audience, and other research tasks to back up hypotheses with evidence and background information to tailor marketing messaging and campaigns
• Participate in our content efforts by monitoring, handling, and maintaining different communications channels from website to social media
• Handle and manage localization needs according to business requirements
