POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our E-commerce Partnerships Manager in the fast-paced world of marketplace operations and end-of-season stock business. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, while making meaningful contributions to marketplace and operational activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Business is a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English required (minimum B2); knowledge of a third language is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Office package (Access, Power Point, …).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize your workload.
  • Well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines.
  • Good team attitude.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical approach and a strong desire to learn.
  • Passion for the Fashion Industry is a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the E-commerce Partnerships Manager with daily marketplace platform operations.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing product listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve marketplace-related issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to the generation of weekly reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Help create monthly linesheets in preparation for end-of-season stock sales.
  • Assist with various operational tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
