We are recruiting to fill the position below:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or operations, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in customer or account management, vendor management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with marketplace software and platforms is a plus
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Reporting to the Project Leader, Marketplace, the Marketplace Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting to coordinate the activities of the MANO Restaurants Marketplace.
- The successful candidate will manage our online marketplace for restaurants and will be responsible for vendor acquisition, training, and onboarding, as well as marketplace management and optimization.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
JOB DUTIES
- Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding: Research, recruit, train, and onboard new vendors.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; address concerns and provide support.
- Marketplace Management: Monitor and optimize marketplace performance and vendor engagement; expand product offerings.
- Quality Assurance & Performance Tracking: Ensure vendors meet quality standards; track and analyze vendor performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance the vendor experience.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare vendor-related financial reports for finance.
