Description:

Performance Health is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplaces Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketplace performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve sales, product visibility, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with the marketing, sales, and brand teams to ensure our marketplace strategy is aligned with broader business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a knack for data analysis and a passion for e-commerce.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in e-commerce, preferably with marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools like Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, or Walmart Marketplace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with international marketplaces is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) to drive sales and profitability.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, item/family/category sales trends, monitor weeks of supply, traffic, and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to enhance product listings, pricing strategies, and advertising efforts.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to optimize product visibility, including SEO for product listings, B+/A+ content, and imagery.
  • Identify and address issues related to marketplace policies, inventory levels, and fulfillment processes.
  • Work within Retailers platforms to upload images, create new listings, edit/change content & merchandising strategy, and ensure top opportunities & issues in our catalog are being addressed.
  • Work closely with the advertising team to optimize marketplace paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products, Walmart Connect).
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in e-commerce marketplaces and share insights with relevant teams.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
  • Assist with marketplace onboarding for new products and expansions to new platforms.
  • Monitor and manage customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to ensure brand reputation is upheld.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
