As a Data Operations Analyst in [Insert team name or sub-LOB], you conduct baseline analysis to uncover patterns leading to new questions and solutions through data collection, integrity, utilization, requirements, and analysis. You utilize your technical skills to support the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards to enable Operations Management to execute on their strategic objectives with compliance and conformance to all controls, policies, and procedures at the forefront.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- 1+ years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and to develop accurate conclusions
- Knowledge of at least one data technology tool and concept of relational database systems
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree
