• Maintain data integrity for consistent and accurate reporting.
• Graduation or certificate in Finance/Accounting or equivalent proven experience

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support financial planning and performance by providing strategic analysis, target setting, and actionable insights to drive financial results, along with crafting impactful financial presentations for leadership decision-making.
• Manage Market Finance reporting by overseeing local and global reporting alignment, streamlining processes for efficiency, and ensuring accurate and consistent data.
• Support key financial processes by assisting with strategic planning activities, including forecasting and Global Integrated Planning, while serving as the regional Revenue Planning Operations Leader.
• Implement Markets Finance initiatives by facilitating interim reporting, driving margin and pricing strategies, and delivering training to enhance organizational understanding and alignment with growth drivers.
• Ensure financial delivery excellence and teaming by collaborating with the MFA Lead and global network to deliver top-tier service to Markets Leadership and integrate best practices across functions.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

• Graduate and / or professional certification in a business related subject matter (i.e. Finance, Accounting) or equivalent experience is required to perform this position.
• A deep understanding of the drivers of financial performance in a market facing professional services environment is essential.
