JOB DESCRIPTION
- Building and maintaining the CRM infrastructure
- Ensuring the business needs are met by the technology solutions
- Maximising the use of CRM data and software to improve the user experience
- Analysing and optimising workflows and creating best-practice recommendations
- Overseeing CRM data governance
- Troubleshooting software issues and user errors to ensure things are working
