WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing automation Specialist to join our team using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Journeys. In this role, you will be responsible for building segments, micro-segments within segments, run eDM and content campaigns with hyper personalisation, build customer journeys with automation rules, run A/B testing and deliver a full funnel strategy that helps us generate leads and build engagement with prospects and customers. The role also involves expertise in data management and enrichment (our CRM is Microsoft Dynamics).
