The position is limited to 24 months.

Your Tasks

• You will operate the shot peening machine for forming NGLV, ARIANE 6 and SLS dome segments
• You will take on tasks in all production processes of the forming island
• You will set up, finish and clean the components
• You will be responsible for the forming process using shot peening with KUKA robots
• You will record measurement data of the geometry produced, analyse it and create measurement documentation
• You will also be responsible for the basic maintenance of the system with fixtures

Your Qualifications

• Completed industrial/technical training, e.g. as a machine operator, cutting machine operator or comparable training.
• Knowledge of setting up and operating machines
• Experience with forming processes and in dealing with software in the field of measurement technology, preferably PolyWorks desirable
• Willingness to work 3 shifts, also extended shift models if required
