MASH Health Practitioner: Central and North West London NHS Trust (Hillingdon)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed professional to join the Hillingdon Safeguarding Children Team as a MASH Health Practitioner.
We are looking for an experienced professional who has a sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children processes and current legislation.
The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.
The successful candidate will work as part of the dynamic MASH multi-agency integrated team assessing notifications and referrals regarding children aged 0-19 that are received by MASH. The post holder will share information with due regard to patient confidentiality, interpreting and sharing the information that is necessary to safeguard and/or promote the welfare of a child. They will attend Strategy Meetings within MASH, record the outcome and cascade the information to children’s teams.

The post is Band 7, 37.5 hours per week based between remote working and Local Authority Premises.
