JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, particularly in a medical or dental office environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Experience with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence is highly desirable.
