The Master Barber & Salon Manager is responsible for delivering top-tier barbering services while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the salon. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Certification from a recognized barbering school; additional training in salon management is a plus.
• Experience: Several years of experience as a Master Barber.Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a salon.
• Skills: Exceptional barbering skills, including advanced techniques and knowledge of current trends.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Business acumen, including financial management, marketing, and sales strategies.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
