Description:

DESCRIPTION

The role will be accountable for managing Global product master data as well as coordinating with local business regions to ensure master data is up-to-date/accurate on local systems.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • Educated to Degree level or similar level of work experience.
  • Previous Data Analysis experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain.
  • Experience within an FMCG or Beauty/Wellness Product organisation, is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively between departments, build relationships, and influence change.
  • Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Open to opportunities, continuous learning, and developing career.
  • High standard of computer literacy - must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system or similar.
  • Experience of Power BI, Tableau and/or SQL reporting.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting on Product Data KPIs: Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness.
  • Liaise with Data owners to maintain product database, implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality. Working in collaboration with: Commercial, NPD, Newness/Gifting, Portfolio, Supply & Production Planning Teams.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes, and standards.
  • Work alongside IT System team to improve efficiency of data management, maintenance, systems and reporting.
  • Work alongside Sku Creation to ensure data is input correctly and in full, investigate route cause of data errors
