Description:
DESCRIPTION
The role will be accountable for managing Global product master data as well as coordinating with local business regions to ensure master data is up-to-date/accurate on local systems.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Educated to Degree level or similar level of work experience.
- Previous Data Analysis experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain.
- Experience within an FMCG or Beauty/Wellness Product organisation, is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively between departments, build relationships, and influence change.
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Open to opportunities, continuous learning, and developing career.
- High standard of computer literacy - must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system or similar.
- Experience of Power BI, Tableau and/or SQL reporting.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide reporting on Product Data KPIs: Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness.
- Liaise with Data owners to maintain product database, implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality. Working in collaboration with: Commercial, NPD, Newness/Gifting, Portfolio, Supply & Production Planning Teams.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes, and standards.
- Work alongside IT System team to improve efficiency of data management, maintenance, systems and reporting.
- Work alongside Sku Creation to ensure data is input correctly and in full, investigate route cause of data errors
