Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Analyze, explain, and assist in resolving systems and business process related inquiries from business community
  • Build the required documentation for improvements to existing systems and processes as requested and approved by management
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all requests received for enrichment of data, as the need arises.
  • Understand and communicate master data updates (e.g., maintenance, new fields, definitions, etc.) to business teams and suppliers, as required.
  • Review and analyze daily reports to ensure completeness and data accuracy and action accordingly.
  • Participate in data cleansing projects and testing, as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication and positive relationships with both internal and external collaborators.
  • Attend and represent Data Operations at various business and/or project meetings.
  • Connect with business areas to advise them of process, status, changes, etc.
  • Work daily with the vendor Onboarding role within the team to assist in the onboarding of vendor through the Vendor Workflow application/tool.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education at either the college or university level
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills working with and manipulating large amounts of data.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience/knowledge of SAP and working with retail master data.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and strong leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and system thinking skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work on specific timelines and dependencies.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with SAP, Python, UAT Testing is an asset
