The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Master Data Analyst. This job is full-time permanent.

Your responsibilities:
The position of Analyst, Master Data Management is part of a centralized group, which aims to manage all master data databases including customers and pricing. Working with the various departments within Resolute, the Analyst must provide an unparalleled service in order to meet the business needs.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Master Data Management, you will be part of a dynamic team that brings together several areas of expertise at the heart of the company
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the entry and maintenance of the customer and pricing files in SAP, more specifically: customer addresses, shipping data, on-invoice and discount pricing, customer hierarchies, the maintenance and set ups of sales and shipping documents, tax exemption documentation and any other business requests related to these areas of master data;
- Maintain a high level of data integrity in SAP and other systems that are used by multiple functions in the company;
- Provide support to various groups in the company when requests for additions or modifications to master data are sent to us;
- Participate in data cleaning as needed;
- Ensure that business processes are followed by the company.
