Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to oversee Master Data operations and ensure accurate data management, focusing primarily on LATAM, US, and Canada operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage data entry, request queues, and solve issues across master data domains, including Product, Vendor, Finance, and Customer.
  • Ensure Master Data Quality aligns with company standards, providing regular reports on key metrics and SLAs.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficient data management.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for end users across the organization.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Master Data requests, collaborating daily with users across the company.
  • Run master data tickets in line with Data Quality standards and SLAs.
  • Enter data into ERPs and Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
  • Oversee the Master Data request queue.
  • Validate master data requests and ensure data quality in ERP and MDM systems.
  • Provide first-level support for user queries related to master data.
  • Collaborate with the Master Data team for issue resolution, questions, or training.
  • Report, track and escalate issues related to master data, systems, or processes.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to master data users.
  • Manage user access and security in Master Data tools.
  • Expand knowledge by completing cross-domain learning initiatives.

What we look for:

  • Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Office is required; knowledge of SAP, SQL is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing..
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
