We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator, Artwork & Packaging (d/f/m) for our Hamburg office. The position is limited to two years.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation of necessary information to create artwork metadata (asset management data, briefing documents, spreadsheet import/export data, templates etc.)
  • Consolidation of necessary information to create technical documentation (e.g. specifications, technical drawings, logistics data, waste management data, transport simulations, aging test and validations)
  • Checking accuracy and plausibility of data
  • Organisation and maintenance of data in SAP and AMS Kallik
  • Creation of specifications, reports and presentations
  • Develop concepts for computerized realisation of documentary requirements and optimisation of documentation processes
