ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Master Data Coordinator, you’ll be the guardian of our data, ensuring its accuracy and quality. You’ll collaborate with various teams, streamline data processes, and communicate changes effectively. Your expertise will help shape our data strategy and support critical analysis. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Utilize SAP system to create, maintain and delete master data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform data validation to ensure data quality.
- Work within the ticketing system, solving issues and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with relevant departments and business functions to ensure accurate data collection and processing.
- Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Document business processes for related master data and ensure processes are followed accordingly.
- Participate in and/or provide input to relevant networks to improve the master data process and support agreed activities.
- Support others with master data expertise by providing master data process trainings.
- Provide data to support related analysis.
