MASTER DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

BWG FOODS UC is seeking a Master Data Entry Specialist on fixed term full-time basis to support maintenance of our Master Data systems. (Part-time opportunities considered for some assignments).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Proven data entry, validation, and work experience, as a Data Entry Specialist or Office Clerk or equivalent skills.
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Has strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to details
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, subject matter experts and vendor resources.
• Enjoys operating in a fast-paced team environment under time constraints.

• Inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within timelines.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and verify accuracy of outputs.
• Research and obtain further information from incomplete records and documents.
• Apply data program techniques and procedures, complying with data integrity and security policies.
• Deal with real time data queries and timely response for information and capable of accessing relevant files.
