A Master Data Management (MDM) Senior Consultant plays a crucial role in helping organizations manage their critical data assets effectively. The responsibilities of an MDM Senior Consultant encompass the following:

• 5 - 7 Years of experience
• Evaluate the organization’s current data management practices and MDM maturity level.
• Define MDM objectives and develop a strategic roadmap to achieve them.
• Define data stewardship roles and responsibilities.
• Design and implement data models that define how master data entities are structured and related to other data.
• Ensure data models align with business requirements and support MDM goals.
• Work effectively with Data Quality and Data Integration to maintain a smooth ingestion/cleansing of source systems’ data through its journey to MDM
• Maintain documentation related to MDM processes, data models, and policies.
• Generate reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of MDM efforts and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation related to MDM processes, data models, and policies.
• Generate reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of MDM efforts and communicate results to stakeholder
• SQL Complex Querying proficiency
• Datawarehouse concepts knowledge
• ETL knowledge with hands-on on one ETL tool at least (preferred Informatica PowerCenter)
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and make data-driven decisions.
• Awareness of data management principles (DAMA certified is a big plus)
