About the Role
Service Stream’s Corporate division are currently seeking a Master Data Officer to join our Business Services team. Reporting directly to the Performance & Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining data in our ERP system. You will represent a key interface between the business and the ERP platform, responding to requests to enter new data or update existing data.
Based in our Collins Street head office (VIC), and offered on a Maximum Term Full-Time basis, this position is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain data in the ERP system by entering new or updated information as requested
  • Respond to data entry or maintenance requests and enquiries in a timely manner in accordance with service level agreements
  • Prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Establish data entry priorities
  • Escalate issues appropriately to their manager or data source owner
  • Maintain operations by following established policies and procedures and reporting necessary changes
  • Assist in developing new data maintenance processes where there is an opportunity to improve efficiency and/or quality

About you:

  • Experience working as a database administrator or similar relevant experience is highly regarded
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly maintaining Customer/Supplier Master Data is advantageous
  • Experience working in, or exposure to service or manufacturing operation is highly regarded
  • Strong Excel knowledge, including the ability to analyze data
  • High level of attention to detail
