Description:
As a Master’s Intern here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions within the Mexico Offices. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
You will report directly to our Sr. HR Manager, and you’ll work out of our MX0H site. In this role, you will impact the organization by effectively managing employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and supporting the development and implementation of HR programs. You will also contribute to the overall success of the HR team by collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Studying last semester or recently graduated of master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience.
- Advanced English
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and with all levels of management within the organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results.
- Provide guidance on complex HR issues, organizational design, and development.
- Manage talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, to meet the needs of the building automation business.
- Lead employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Drive initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, agility, and learning within the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR Services Talent Operations team to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
- Support the development and integration of HR technology systems to improve HR processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and report on HR performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with external agencies as required.
- Participate in the design and delivery of HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.
