We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Scheduler to join our Aftermarket Services Group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scheduling and coordinating aftermarket services for flexible pipes, as well as a strong background in offshore project delivery.
As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for aftermarket services related to flexible pipes, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitoring and tracking progress of ongoing projects, identifying and resolving any scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Utilizing industry best practices and tools to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous enhancement of scheduling practices.

Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have proven experience in scheduling and project management, with a focus on aftermarket services for flexible pipes.
- Have strong understanding of offshore project delivery processes and requirements.
- Have prior experience using Primavera P6.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Occasional Travel may be required.
- Be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
