Job Description

• You are responsible for designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall project strategy.
• You have an independent project which lays the ground for your master thesis.
• You receive guidance from your supervisor and learn new technologies and methods with the help of your team.
• You are contributing to frontline pre-clinical research with a potential of direct clinical translation.
• You are part of an interdisciplinary and international team of biologists, immunologists and chemists, who are happy to join forces in generation of ground-breaking anti-cancer therapies.
• You have a possibility to publish your results in high-rank journals.
• Your workplace is in Bergisch Gladbach

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are an enrolled student and have a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology or similar discipline or are going to obtain it by the time your employment starts.
• You are eager to learn new technologies and are passionate about science.
• You are proficient in the culturing human immune cells and PBMC isolation.
• You have experience with flow cytometry.
• You have experience of planning and conducting complicated multiparameter experiments or are motivated to do so.
• You are comfortable working independently as well as collaborating in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, and good English language skills complete your profile.
