We are currently looking for a
Master Thesis Student (f/m/d) Membrane Cleaning (9 months) based in Monheim am Rhein
As Master Thesis student in collaboration with your local university chair you plan, manage, execute experiments in laboratory and pilot scale within your master thesis project in the space of membrane cleaning. The 9 month length are divided into a 3 month internship and a six month master thesis duration.
You will join the team of the center of excellence for membrane cleaning and water/chemical circularity located in Monheim, Germany which is globally responsible for Membrane. In close collaboration with our customer from the e.g. Dairy, Brew & Beverage, Food we develop solutions in the lab and upscale in our pilot center testing on membrane plants. We work closely with all regions around the globe to bring new innovations to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribution to a research project for innovations in the field of food & beverage membrane cleaning
  • Investigation and method development for cleaning and artificial soiling experiments
  • Analysis of cleaning agents and their impact on membrane performance and rinse behavior
