• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Employees are regularly exposed to other moving Powered Industrial Equipment, extreme cold and extreme heat.
• All employees performing this job are responsible for maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Employees are required to perform all assigned duties and any additional tasks, including cross-training.
• This position requires that employees performing this job follow all Health and Safety procedures.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more open with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a salary pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.

YOUR ROLE AT BAXTER

This position is responsible for moving product through the distribution center, safely and accurately, while following all safety and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for maintaining a positive work environment by presenting and interacting in a manner that is conducive to the purpose and mission of the company overall.
