Responsibilities:

  • Perform various tasks with precision, such as handling reception, storage, preparation, and packaging of shipments, returns, labeling, reconciliation, and distribution of medications and clinical supplies.
  • Participate in daily tasks such as receiving, storing, preparing, and packaging clinical supplies.
  • Assign and perform labeling processes according to internal procedures.
  • Conduct total or partial reconciliations as determined by work instructions.
  • Prepare and ship requested materials and/or products to research centers.
  • Ensure the warehouse and stored units are in excellent condition.
  • Monitor temperature and humidity conditions in storage areas and perform environmental readings.
  • Perform stock checks and inventory controls.
  • Verify product expiration dates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in material handling or similar roles.
  • Strict adherence to good manufacturing, storage, and distribution practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully implement specified instructions and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
