JOB DESCRIPTION

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operation professional in Singapore. As part of the Transportation/Shipping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the flawless handling of Clinical Trial Materials in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards.
In this position, you will have the responsibility of carrying out various tasks such as receiving, packaging, and dispatching materials. You will also be accountable for upholding excellent housekeeping standards and ensuring accurate documentation of all processes. Moreover, you will participate in overseeing all aspects related to packaging clinical trial supplies, such as forecasting supply needs, producing labels, and organizing packaging activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field
• Comfortable to work in both cold room and freezer environment.
• Experience in using Microsoft (Words/Excel) for data-entry.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of cGMP standards and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Receive, account, and inspect incoming shipments and deliveries
• Stage or store materials in the appropriate warehouse locations
• Process pick orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Package Clinical Trial Materials correctly for shipping
• Check accuracy of picked drug supplies against client orders and shipping documents
• Receive and inspect returned shipments, and package materials for transport or destruction
• Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding returns shipment arrangements
• Generate monthly reports on returns shipment summary
