Description:
Summary:
Serves as a specialist of RMA area, ensuring the safe transfer of returned material products to and from vessels.
What You’ll Do:
- Confirms accuracy of all transfers
- Demonstrates proper procedure for labeling received material
- De-trash all received materials
- Notify Quality Dept of any perceived quality issues with received material
- Promptly identifies and completes material transfer issues
- 100% accuracy for system transactions
- Understands and can explain how material transactions affect the business
- Accurately transfers stock in Frontier
- Handles all material disputes
- Demonstrates proper handling and notation of discrepancies on driver’s bill and notating packing list for internal follow up
- Identifies and dispatch HOT material upon arrival
- Ensures consistent flow of Cardinal trailers
- Champion for change
- Takes initiative to offer suggestions for performance improvements
Who You Are:
- Able to pull hand truck loaded with finished goods to warehouse.
- Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs regularly.
- Must be dependable and a good listener.
- Forklift experience a must.
- Able to accept responsibility and follow through.
- Reads and uses tape measure.
- Determines dimensions of boxes or crates needed and assemble.
- Interprets computer screens to determine production status and location of product to be located.
- Operates and understands maintenance requirements of hand and power tools.
- Reads and understand production ticket to determine necessary product to be returned.
- Understands packaging requirements of different products.
- Understands process for transferring completed product to warehouse.
- Demonstrates team skills, safety awareness and good housekeeping.
