EDUCATION

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required in related field; strong preference for fields of study in the supply chain, engineering and management, MBA will be plus.

EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of relevant supply chain, procurement and master data experience
• Experience in Continuous Improvement & possesses a Practical Process Improvement (PPI) mentality.
• Certification in Master Data Management, APICS CPIM, CSCP, Project management PMP preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Ability to encourage, nurture, innovation, collaborate, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
