Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Multimatic Niche Vehicles is seeking an eager enthusiastic experienced Material Order Processing Clerk to join our successful Newmarket team immediately. Ideal candidate will be reporting to the material movement supervisor responsible for the administrative tasks within the warehouse.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience working in a warehouse is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations by exhibiting composure and empathy.
- Strong PC skills, knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Ability to multitask, quickly adapt to new information and procedures.
- Data Entry experience

Responsibilities:
- Keep records of equipment preventive maintenance.
- Gather inspections sheets and schedule maintenance if required.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Prepare daily production picks according to pre-determined schedule by accessing GTD app (in house app).
- Perform production order corrections in SAP as per latest engineering changes.
- Keep records of parts shortage list and post in appropriate areas throughout the assembly plant and warehouse.
- Prepare paperwork for warehouse activities.
- Handling all inbound and outbound shipment paperwork
- Assign dock doors to drivers.
- Gather receiving documents from the receivers and record the contents in our receiving log.
- Responsible for FORD service downloads, truck ordering and preparing list of parts to be picked.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging of defect goods as the primary back up.
- Assist with quarterly inventory counts.
- Ensure that all reports (KPI) are accurate and posted.
- Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
- Ordering warehouse consumables and placing POR.
