ABOUT US

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the supply of parts with local suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers on due-to-ship and overdue orders
- Review daily shortage reports and expedite on an urgent basis
- Keep all stakeholders (Sales, Materials, Production) updated on shortage status
- Monitor MRP messages and process to prevent repeated shortages
- Utilise appropriate methods (E.g. physical stock check) to assess stock levels of critical parts
- Recommend appropriate Miscellaneous Inventory Transactions (MIT’s)
- Action Defective Material Reports (DMR’s)
- Other duties and projects as required
