We are now looking for a Material Planner to join our team as a new resource in our Costumer Delivery South Europe & AMER organization.
The position is an open-ended contract. The preferred location for the position is in Diano d’Alba, Italy.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in material planning, supply chain management, or a related field is highly appreciated.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is often preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, the main responsibility is to lead and manage operative service delivery activities and teams to provide high level technical support and enable optimal performance of customer/installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and that technical and operating issues are solved in optimised way.

AS A MATERIAL PLANNER YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON THESE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order Management:
• Receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Accept orders and plan invoice milestones in alignment with production schedules.
• Materials & Tools Management
• Enter and manage data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee material management from purchase requisition to delivery.
• Handle customs and embark procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage non-conformities, return deliveries, and reconditioning processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Warranty Management:
• Collect Goods for Return (GFR) and manage warranty claims.
• Create and manage Non-Conformity (NC) and Customer Service (CS) cases.
• Monitor and maintain a list of open items, ensuring timely resolution.
