About the role
Working in a cross-functional team, you will support the translation requirements and agreed roadmap into the detail necessary to design and build the end platform for Material Planning and Scheduling (MP&S).
You will support the improvement of the global design and testing for MP&S along with the Process Stream Owner to ensure the solution delivers business objectives and sits correctly within the E2E value chain design. As part of the process stream you will help the Process Owner to plan, organise and complete the project stream in an effective manner by providing critical data support as well as supporting in project evaluation and execution.
Working with the Training Lead you will support provision of the detailed content for transformation into a training and capability program. Key stroke level training will be delivered by the Process Owner workstream.
You will support the Process Owner to lead the customer through the launch and warranty period, ensuring that ways of working are established, and the team can sustain the new MP&S processes and are responsible for the delivery of the new planning platform to the priority markets ensuring planning teams understand the new process and revised ways of working.
As analyst, you will provide a lifeline to planners as they transition to the new platform, providing one-to-one training and support where required and will lead problem solving and RCA through the warranty.
You will be a key member of the Process Stream Project Management team and contribute as an experienced and knowledgeable resource to the Advanced Planning System programme.
About you
To be successful in role you will have proven leadership capability in Global Supply.
You will have the ability to demonstrate successful influencing skills at a senior level and the ability to demonstrate success in Supply Chain functional and/or business integration roles.
You will have experience in MP&S with a clear understanding of the ways of working, data management, current issues and possess a desire to transform our current solutions.
