As our Metronet Railcar Project rolls on to design, manufacture and maintain 246 new railcars for the PTA’s $1.6 billion Railcar Program, we are looking to welcome a full time Material Planning Manager to our team.
This position is responsible for leading the material planning team in executing the material planning and inventory strategies. In coordination with Industrialization and Operations teams, this permanent role provides a great opportunity to grow your career, have autonomy and contribute to key activities for a large scale project. Reporting to the Project Supply Chain Manager, day to day activities will involve managing purchase requisition flow up to the material planning documents, ensure accuracy of the material planning master data and identify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation.

- Team leadership experience
- A confident user of SAP
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
- Understanding of material requirement planning and inventory control systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal and liaison skill
