Material Replenishment Specialist

We are hiring a Material Replenishment Specialist for John Deere in Dubuque, Iowa! In this role, you will plan, design, and implement material replenishment processes to support current production, with a focus on lean manufacturing and cost optimization. This position involves managing material replenishment activities for an assigned factory area and collaborating closely with supply management.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

1+ year of experience in Manufacturing and/or Operations.
1+ year of experience working in a team environment.
Experience with engineering tools, systems, and databases.
Knowledge of line and process design, material presentation, cycles of imbalance, and visual management tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong communication skills.
Experience with SAP Material Flow modules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Deere Production Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time, and Demand Flow Technology.
Knowledge of material flow and visual management techniques.
Understanding of Kanban and other delivery methods.

EDUCATION :

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Supply Management, Accounting/Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
