This position will support our Trachte facility in Oregon, WI. As a part of nVent, Trachte is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications. Today, nVent connects and protects our customers with inventive electrical solutions. We design, manufacture, market, install and service high performance products and solutions for mission-critical equipment, buildings and essential processes. Offering both prefabricated and on-site building capabilities, framed and frameless building construction types, and products ranging from build kits and modular units to fully engineered integrated buildings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work well and communicate clearly with others.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with power tools & general construction concepts and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Detail oriented and accurate.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- The ability to pass a forklift certification (prior forklift experience preferred).
- Must be able to work between the hours of 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays, as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, put away and turn in packing slips for all deliveries.
- Retrieve and stage materials for jobs, returns and/or service.
- Stages bill of materials for future jobs for movement to next assigned location, to include the Buy Out materials.
- Unloads incoming materials inclusive of verification of quantities against the purchase order, packing slip and a detailed count of actual product for a 3-way match. All discrepancies to be identified i.e. quantity, type, color variation, part number, damage/quality, etc.
- Turns in packing list and purchase order on all materials to be receipted same day as receipt.
- Moves all materials on a timely basis to proper identified location.
- Keeps materials/receiving area clean and orderly.
- Coordinates with suppliers to resolves discrepancies.
- Initiates purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory of all stock materials, shop supplies, tools, etc. on a daily basis.
