Description:

Overview:
The team member will serve as a liaison between internal and external customers and Supply Chain. He or she will help Supply Chain customers, to the best of their ability, with ordering as well as answer general Supply Chain questions. It will be necessary to track issues and record valuable data which will be shared with appropriate SC leadership, in order to enhance our service across Novant Health. The team member will also work diligently to bridge the gap between our customers and our internal team members, systems and processes.
The team member will also be responsible for managing multiple mailboxes, creating tickets and routing appropriately for resolution. Team member will also have the responsibility of completing additional special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3 yeas in customer service (in health care setting preferred), preferred.
  • Additional Skills Required: This position requires working knowledge of medical products, requirements, and terminology. Requires anaylytical ability to understand and define internal and supplier performance metrics. Knowledge, skills, and abilities required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. This position will require deomonstrated outstanding customer service skills. This position requires the ability to develop relationships and work effectively with people across different levels of the organization. Requires strong communication and teamwork skills as well as strong organizational skills.
