Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Capture and disseminate material needs among the planning team, so that they are transformed into internal requirements and are met with quality and timeliness; and achieve satisfaction. At the same time, he is responsible for spreading teamwork to provide the necessary service to internal clients and to be able to meet common goals in order to ensure that it complies with internal, client, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture, interpret and inform the customer service area about the requirements shown to suppliers and coordinate activities related to the fulfillment of material needs, so that they are satisfied with quality and timeliness.
Work in conjunction with material planners to meet company objectives. Provide accurate and timely information on the status of the suppliers’ delivery, in order to achieve their reliability, following the systems of each of them by virtual means and thus be able to schedule production in a timely manner without affecting efficiency.
Provide the necessary tools to all areas involved, according to the needs detected, in order to meet the needs of internal customers. Meet goal of zero delays and plan to avoid affecting internal customers.
You must be able to negotiate with suppliers and respond with recovery plans. Maintain required inventory levels within Min-Max set in the system.
Carry out activities aimed at the continuous improvement of the area, processes and indicators, in order to collaborate with the fulfillment and improvement of the department’s results.
