Responsibilities:

As the lead for chromatography-based method development, you are responsible for using techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, and LCMS in polymer analysis. Your role encompasses leading chromatography-based activities for polymer compendial testing throughout Baxter’s product lifecycle, from exploratory studies to new product development and sustaining support. You hold ownership of annual quality control for Lessines manufactured PVC and non-PVC films and containers.
In addition to internal testing, you coordinate external testing, including gas barrier properties and routine materials compendial testing. You plan, write, and implement study protocols in a timely manner, driving laboratory operation and process improvement.
Your responsibilities also include maintaining the laboratory’s reagents, materials, samples, and equipment in good operating order. You ensure lab operations align with general and specific environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.
